WE UK APPOINTS CATHERINE DEVANEY AS IT CONTINUES TO TRANSFORM ITS GLOBAL HEALTH OFFERING
LONDON — January 4 2018 — WE UK today announced the appointment of Catherine Devaney to lead its growing health sector business. In her new role, Catherine will build out WE’s health communications capabilities, while growing the client base across pharma, med-tech and consumer health.
Catherine joins a team of integrated communications professionals in London that has recently won Elsevier (EMEALAAP). Her appointment is the latest in a wave of new hires as WE expands its global health offering. Catherine joins Shefali Srinivas in Asia Pacific, Sarah Aldridge in Australia, Bianca Eichner in Germany and Stephanie Marchesi in the US as the core of the global health team.

Catherine joins from Red Door Unlimited, where she has been for 16 years – most recently as Managing Director. She’s spent 20 years working with blue chip pharmaceutical clients including AstraZeneca, Astellas, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline and MSD, and has a wealth of experience in health communications, with particular expertise in brand launch excellence, issues management and patient activation.
