Director, Scientific Engagement
Terry Bradley is director, scientific engagement, at WE Communications in the UK, where he helps lead the company’s scientific engagement and medical education offer, partnering with the clinical community to develop scientific narrative and strategy.
Working in healthcare communications for more than 30 years, Terry started off in scientific and medical publishing, working across clinical review and life science journals, culminating in three years at globally renowned journal, The Lancet. From there, Terry moved agency-side, moving into both network and specialist practices. His work has involved medical education with HCPs and patients since day one, always looking to achieve the best outcomes for life.
Terry joined WE in 2020, where he works closely with Ben Fisher, director, scientific engagement. Together, the pair work with medical affairs and marketing teams in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, globally, regionally and in local markets. Working creatively with his clients, Terry establishes healthcare approaches which make a difference to patients and engage with the clinical community. Fundamentally, Terry creates evidence-based strategies, with science at the core, to drive people to positive action.
A keen traveller, Terry’s spent a significant amount of time in regions of Africa, working with locals to develop wildlife and environmental conservation plans. When in the UK, Terry enjoys horse riding around the Yorkshire Dales and indulging in his wine collection.
